Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights Notice

1. Ownership

All right, title and interest in and to PMT Platform™, including its original software, source and object code, architecture, user interfaces, workflows, designs, documentation, visualizations, reports, methodologies, analytical frameworks, data models, configurations and other proprietary materials, remain with Frontier Global Strategies LLC or its applicable licensors.

Access to this website, a demonstration, evaluation, trial, subscription or licensed deployment does not transfer ownership of PMT Platform or its underlying intellectual property. No ownership rights are granted except where expressly stated in a written agreement executed by Frontier Global Strategies LLC.

2. Proprietary Technology and Trade Secrets

Non-public elements of PMT Platform may include confidential and proprietary technology and trade secrets, including software architecture, algorithms, analytical techniques, configurations, integration methods, connector frameworks, federation methods, evidence and provenance mechanisms, artificial-intelligence workflows and orchestration, recommendation logic, normalization techniques, implementation methods and related know-how.

Public descriptions or demonstrations of PMT capabilities do not constitute publication, abandonment, waiver or dedication to the public of any underlying confidential or proprietary implementation.

3. Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and Executive Intelligence

PMT Platform may use proprietary software, configurations, workflows, methodologies and artificial-intelligence capabilities to transform authorized project and portfolio information into analysis, evidence, insights, recommendations and executive decision support. The presentation of PMT outputs does not grant any right to reproduce or appropriate the proprietary methods used to produce them.

4. Restrictions

Except as expressly authorized in writing, or to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law, no person or entity may:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sublicense, sell or commercially exploit proprietary PMT materials;
• modify or create unauthorized derivative works based upon proprietary PMT technology or materials;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive non-public source code, algorithms, architecture or implementation details;
• extract, scrape, harvest or systematically collect protected content, software behavior, configurations, data structures or non-public technical information for unauthorized use;
• use access to PMT Platform or its demonstrations to reproduce, misappropriate or commercially exploit Frontier Global Strategies LLC proprietary technology;
• remove, obscure or alter copyright, trademark, confidentiality, proprietary-rights or attribution notices; or
• provide unauthorized third parties with access to restricted demonstrations, credentials, software or proprietary materials.

5. Demonstrations and Evaluations

PMT demonstrations and evaluation environments are provided solely to demonstrate and evaluate authorized PMT Platform capabilities. Demonstration access does not grant source-code rights, ownership rights or any implied license to reproduce PMT technology.

6. Copyright

Original website content, software, documentation, graphics, interfaces and other copyrightable PMT materials are protected by applicable copyright laws and international agreements. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Trademarks

PMT Platform™ and associated names, logos, product identifiers and branding used by Frontier Global Strategies LLC may constitute trademarks or service marks. Use of a mark on this website does not grant permission to use that mark. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-Party Technologies

PMT Platform may interoperate with or reference third-party platforms, products, trademarks, services or technologies. Such references are for identification, integration or interoperability purposes. Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners, and no sponsorship, endorsement or ownership relationship is implied unless expressly stated.

9. No Implied License

Nothing on this website, in a PMT demonstration, or in publicly available PMT materials grants by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license to Frontier Global Strategies LLC intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing.

10. Feedback

Unless otherwise governed by a written agreement, suggestions or feedback provided regarding PMT Platform may be used by Frontier Global Strategies LLC to improve its products and services without transferring ownership of PMT Platform or creating ownership rights in its underlying technology.

11. Reservation and Enforcement of Rights

Frontier Global Strategies LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted. Unauthorized copying, disclosure, distribution, misappropriation, access or commercial exploitation of protected PMT intellectual property may result in enforcement of available contractual, equitable and legal remedies.

12. Agreements Control

Where a customer, evaluator, partner or other authorized party has entered into a written agreement with Frontier Global Strategies LLC concerning PMT Platform, that agreement governs the parties' respective rights and obligations and controls in the event of a conflict with this general website notice.

This notice is intended to communicate ownership, intellectual-property and proprietary-rights claims. It does not replace agreements applicable to customers, licensees, partners or authorized evaluators.
